WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED COST PER PERSON TO HAVE AN EVENT AT THE FORUM CATERERS?

Estimated cost varies for each event depending on the following selections: menu, upgraded linen, beverage choices and any additional services requested, such as bartenders, AV equipment, etc. We have packages that can fit many budgets. The easiest way to acquire an estimate is to talk with an event consultant about your event and request an initial proposal.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR EVENT PRICING?

Most packages include the use of the space, food, basic linens, china, staff, room setup and cleanup. For an additional cost, you may choose other options to include alcohol, centerpieces, upgraded linens, etc.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WHO HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Yes, we can accommodate special dietary needs including vegetarian, VEGAN, low sodium and others upon request. Menu options are provided to allow you to make the selections of your choice. If there is something in particular that you would like, we will help you to customize your menu.

WHEN DO I NEED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION?

The date of your event is not booked (reserved) until a reservation fee (full deposit) is paid to secure your date. Once your reservation fee is paid, then you may pay on your event in whatever way you would like, as long as the balance is paid in full at least 30 days or two weeks before your event depending upon the type of the event.

WHEN MUST I PROVIDE A FINAL GUEST COUNT?

Upon signing your contract, a minimum guarantee for the number of guests that you expect is required. Your final guest count (which cannot fall below the minimum guarantee number) is required one month to two weeks prior to your event depending upon the type of event that you are planning.

CAN WE ARRANGE TO TASTE SAMPLES OF YOUR MENU?

It is our pleasure to provide you with the opportunity to taste selections from The Forum’s menu. Tastings are usually coordinated with other in-house events and your schedule. When possible, an individual tasting can be scheduled, although you may be invited to attend a group tasting. Typically, there is no charge for a tasting of our basic menu options, however, certain menu selections are subject to a minimal charge.

HOW DOES OFF-PREMISE CATERING DIFFER FROM ON-PREMISE CATERING?

The Forum Caterers offers off-premise catering which allows you the flexibility of selecting a venue other than ours. We will provide food, linens, staff, china and whatever is needed to provide you with the same level of food and service to create a memorable occasion.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT?

Since The Forum is a full service caterer, all of the food served is prepared by The Forum’s excellent culinary staff. No food is allowed to be brought in for your event.
